Prior to Submitting a Maintenance Request

Kindly review the attached Tenant Maintenance Checklist prior to submitting a maintenance request. Any maintenance request placed in the tenant’s error and is the tenant's responsibility for the cost occurred from the call. 

As a reminder:  Clogged drains from hair/grease, clogged toilet(s), furnace filters, light bulbs, and  smoke alarm batteries are the tenant's responsibility during the term of the lease.
