Application Process

Each applicant 18 and over that is planning to live in the rental must   submit a separate application. (Application form document below)

Please print legibly in black or blue ink.  Kindly email the filled out application(s). Please make sure to complete the rental history on the application with past landlord's name and current contact information. To complete the rental application, you must provide proof of income for the most current month,   and a photocopy of driver's license, military or other State Authorized Photo Identification Card  to: lease@rapanosrentals.com or drop everything off at our office during normal business hours, or utilize our drop box for after hours. 

An application fee per person is due at time of lease signing if approved. 

Please write the location(s) you are applying for on the top of your application and attach copies of your last month's pay stubs with photocopy of driver's license, military or other State Authorized Photo Identification Card.  

Income Requirement: Monthly take home income to be at least 3-times the monthly rent amount. 

Any incomplete applications or applications without proper proof of income will not be considered.   

Once completed applications are received, a background check will be conducted. This process may taken anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on volume received.  

Once you have been approved, the owner or his agent will contact you to schedule an appointment to sign the lease for the desired residence.

The application fee per applicant will be due at the time of leasing, along with the security deposit, turnaround fee, pet fee(s) if applicable and first month's rent, unless otherwise told by the owner prior to scheduling the appointment.

No property will be held without required items paid and lease signed.
